Delivery FAQs

  • How will receive my order?

We make use of 2 courier companies. The courier Guy for JHB and Pretoria parcels and Dawn Wing for parcels going out of Gauteng. 

  • Will it be delivered to my door or to the post office?

All our orders are delivered to your door. We do not ship to via the post office or to PO Box addresses.

  • Why do you use 2 different couriers?

Each courier company has its own strengths and we have placed them accordingly so we can deliver your order in the quickest time possible.

  • Can I choose between Dawn Wing or The Courier Guy?

You are more than welcome to choose between the 2 couriers, please notify us via email and make a note on the order if you wish to choose a different courier than the one pre-selected. Only do so if you are sure you will get your parcel quicker than our pre-selected option.

  • How long will it take for me to receive my parcel?

Orders placed before 11:30am are sent out the same day from our premises for delivery the next day (regional areas may take a day longer.

  • How can I track my parcel?

Tracking details will be sent to you via email once your order has left our premises, you can then track your parcel on the relevant website or call the courier to find out the delivery status.

  • What if i receive the incorrect parcel?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can contact the area manger and resolve the issue.

What if i receive an incorrect item or a broken package?

If you received an incorrect item or something which has broken during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can investigate further and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

  • I can't track my parcel via the tracking number?

Tracking details are only uploaded to the couriers website a few hours after the parcel is collected, please give it some time and try again at a later time.If you are still unable to track your parcel, then please get in contact with us so we can investigate the issue.

  • What if i would like to collect an order?

If you are based in JHB and would like to collect an order, please send us an email so we can arrange for collection at our JHB east facility.
